My husband and I would highly recommend Dague Communities--Cory is incredibly professional, pays great attention to detail, and worked with us to get every detail of our new home "just right". We especially enjoyed working with Cory to add special touches to make our home unique and special to us, such as building a door frame so that we could install an antique door to our guest bath (see pic of wallpapered bathroom), converting special pieces of furniture into cabinets/vanities in baths, and installing a non-traditional cable stair rail. Cory has a strong work ethic and places a high value on getting his clients exactly what they want. We thoroughly enjoyed the home building process with Cory!

We enjoyed working with Cory to finish our basement. He gave us a reasonable, detailed estimate for the work and was flexible when we made minor changes to our plans as the project proceeded.  He was very responsive when we had questions or comments.  He was at the job site often to oversee the project.  The whole project ran smoothly and a lot of that is due to Cory’s detail-oriented management style.

Cory was such a blessing to work with to build our home! He came highly recommended to us by many in the industry and certainly lived up to all of our expectations. We were so appreciative about how easy it was to communicate with him- Cory always answered our questions (even though we had a million of them!) and made sure we felt "in the loop" on the entire process. Cory and his team stayed on time and on budget throughout the building process. We love the work product... our home turned out beautiful!
